1. Day 1

   Tangier – Asilah | 46 km

   Your 15 Days Morocco Desert Tour From Tangier begins with your arrival in Tangier, where we’ll pick you up and start exploring this fascinating northern city. Known as the Gateway to Africa, Tangier has a unique atmosphere shaped by its location between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.

   We’ll then visit the famous Caves of Hercules, one of the most interesting natural attractions near Tangier. The caves open toward the Atlantic Ocean and offer beautiful coastal views.

   Afterward, we’ll continue to Asilah, a charming seaside town known for its whitewashed buildings, artistic murals, and relaxed atmosphere. You’ll have time to explore the old medina before checking into your hotel for the night.

2. Day 2

   Asilah – Rabat | 210 km

   After breakfast, we’ll leave Asilah and travel south along the Atlantic coast toward Rabat, the capital of Morocco.

   Rabat combines historic landmarks, beautiful gardens, modern neighborhoods, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. You’ll have free time to explore the city and discover some of its highlights before settling into your hotel.

3. Day 3

   Rabat – Casablanca | 135 km

   Today we’ll continue along the Atlantic coast toward Casablanca, Morocco’s economic capital and largest city.

   The main highlight of the day is the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, dramatically located beside the ocean. Depending on opening times, you can visit the mosque and learn more about its impressive architecture.

   You’ll also have time to experience Casablanca’s city center and Atlantic coastline before checking into your hotel for the night.

4. Day 4

   Casablanca – Essaouira | 370 km

   After breakfast, we’ll continue south along the Atlantic coast toward Essaouira.

   The journey offers beautiful coastal scenery before we reach this historic seaside town, famous for its fortified medina, fishing port, traditional workshops, and relaxed atmosphere.

   After checking into your riad, you’ll have free time to explore the Essaouira Medina, wander through its narrow streets, visit local handicraft shops, or enjoy the ocean views.

5. Day 5

   Essaouira – Marrakech | 191 km

   Enjoy breakfast before taking some time to explore Essaouira one more time. You can walk through the medina, visit the harbor, or enjoy a coffee overlooking the Atlantic.

   Later, we’ll leave the coast and travel inland toward Marrakech. After arriving, we’ll transfer you to your riad, where you’ll have the rest of the day free to relax or begin exploring the city independently.

6. Day 6

   Marrakech Sightseeing with a Local Guide

   Explore the historic Medina and some of the city’s most important landmarks, including traditional souks, palaces, gardens, and historic neighborhoods.

   You’ll also experience the lively atmosphere of Jemaa el-Fna, where the sounds, colors, food, and activity create one of the most memorable experiences in Marrakech.

   There will also be time to discover areas such as Gueliz, Hivernage, Palmeraie, and the historic Mellah, depending on your interests.

7. Day 7

   Marrakech – Ouzoud Waterfalls – Marrakech | 160 km

   Today we’ll take a break from the city with a day trip to the spectacular Ouzoud Waterfalls in the Atlas Mountains.

   The waterfalls drop more than 100 meters through a beautiful landscape of olive trees, cliffs, and green valleys. You’ll have time to walk around the falls, enjoy the scenery, and have lunch at a local restaurant.

   The area is also home to Barbary macaques, which can often be seen around the waterfalls. After enjoying the afternoon, we’ll return to Marrakech for another night.

8. Day 8

   Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley | 326 km

   After breakfast, we’ll leave Marrakech and cross the High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Along the way, we’ll stop at viewpoints overlooking mountain valleys and traditional villages. We’ll then continue toward Telouet, where we’ll visit its historic kasbah before traveling to Ait Ben Haddou.

   This famous fortified village is one of Morocco’s most recognizable landmarks and has appeared in numerous international film and television productions. Afterward, we’ll continue through Ouarzazate, the Valley of Roses, and the scenic landscapes of the Dades Valley.

9. Day 9

   Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga | 270 km

   After breakfast, we’ll leave Dades Valley and continue toward the Sahara.

   Our first major stop will be the spectacular Todra Gorge, where enormous canyon walls rise dramatically on either side of the river. You’ll have time to walk through the gorge and enjoy the scenery. From there, we’ll continue through the Tafilalt region toward Merzouga.

   As we approach the Sahara, the landscape gradually changes into the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. You’ll have time to relax and enjoy the desert atmosphere before dinner and your overnight stay near the dunes.

10. Day 10

    Merzouga – Erg Chebbi Desert Excursion – Merzouga | 35 km

    After breakfast, we’ll take a 4×4 excursion around the Erg Chebbi dunes. We’ll visit local nomadic families and learn about their traditional way of life before continuing through the desert landscapes.

    We’ll also visit Khamlia, a small desert village famous for its Gnawa music. Enjoy a traditional music performance and some tea before continuing the excursion.Later, we’ll return toward Merzouga, where your camel caravan will be waiting.

    You’ll ride through the dunes for approximately 90 minutes, reaching a beautiful location to watch the sunset. After sunset, continue to your desert camp for a traditional Moroccan dinner, music around the campfire, and an unforgettable night beneath the Sahara stars.

11. Day 11

    Merzouga – Rissani – Ziz Valley – Midelt | 334 km

    If you’re an early riser, today begins with one of the most beautiful moments of the 15 Days Morocco Desert Tour From Tangier — sunrise over the Sahara dunes.

    After breakfast, we’ll leave Merzouga and travel toward Rissani, an important historic town in southern Morocco. If the market is operating, we’ll have the opportunity to explore its traditional souk.     As we travel farther north, the desert landscape gives way to the mountains of the Middle Atlas. We’ll arrive in Midelt for dinner and an overnight stay.

12. Day 12

    After breakfast, we’ll continue north toward the historic cities of Morocco. We’ll stop at Volubilis, the country’s most important Roman archaeological site, where you can explore ancient ruins and impressive mosaics.

    Afterward, we’ll continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. Depending on time, we’ll explore some of its historic landmarks before continuing to Fes. Upon arrival, you’ll check into your riad and have time to relax.

13. Day 13

    Fes Sightseeing with a Local Guide

    Today you’ll explore Fes, one of Morocco’s most fascinating imperial cities, with a local guide. We’ll discover the ancient Fes Medina, where narrow streets lead to traditional markets, artisan workshops, historic schools, and impressive architectural landmarks.

    You’ll have the opportunity to visit the famous Chouara Tanneries, explore the Mellah and Fes el-Jdid, and learn about the city’s long history as an important center of Moroccan culture and craftsmanship. After the guided tour, you’ll have some free time to enjoy Fes at your own pace.

14. Day 14

    Fes – Chefchaouen | 213 km

    After breakfast, we’ll leave Fes and head toward the Rif Mountains and the beautiful town of Chefchaouen. Known for its blue-painted buildings and picturesque mountain setting, Chefchaouen is one of Morocco’s most charming destinations.Once there, you’ll have free time to wander through the medina, photograph the blue streets, browse local shops, or relax in one of the town’s cafés.

15. Day 15

    Chefchaouen – Tangier | 112 km

    After breakfast, we’ll begin the final journey of your 15 Days Morocco Desert Tour From Tangier. We’ll leave Chefchaouen and travel through the Rif Mountains toward Tangier.
